Gabriel Gonsalves
Gabriel Gonsalves is a Heart Leadership & Mastery Coach, spiritual teacher, and artist with nearly two decades of experience guiding individuals on the journey of heart-centered, transformational leadership. Through his courses, group programs, retreats, and live seminars, Gabriel has inspired thousands to awaken to the power of their hearts, heal emotional wounds, and step into their authentic power.
The Heart Leader Community was born out of Gabriel’s Sacred Heart Ministries mission to create a safe space where individuals from all walks of life can explore, understand, and heal their hearts. Since founding it in 2015, the Heart Leader Community has evolved as a connecting space for students and graduates of his programs to connect, learn, and transform together.
Gabriel’s Heart Leadership Journey
For Gabriel, Heart Leadership isn’t just a concept—it’s a way of life born out of his own journey of transformation. After experiencing profound loss and grief, Gabriel found himself at a crossroads, searching for deeper meaning and healing. This pivotal moment led him on a path of self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening that became the foundation of his life’s work.
During his 12 years living in South Africa, Gabriel immersed himself in both scientific and spiritual traditions. He became a certified HeartMath coach, trained as a spiritual counselor, and developed what would later become the Heart Leader OS—a comprehensive framework for personal mastery, leadership development, and spiritual growth.
This heart-centered approach now serves individuals through the Heart Leader Community and transforms organizational cultures through Cardiocentrica, Gabriel’s specialized consultancy for executives, teams, and forward-thinking organizations.
A Vision Rooted in Love
Gabriel’s mission is simple yet profound: to help people reconnect with their hearts, heal emotional wounds, and embody their authentic power as Heart Leaders. Through the Heart Leader Community, he’s created a supportive environment where individuals at every stage can learn and grow together.
His vision extends far beyond personal transformation. He envisions a global network of Heart Spaces—physical sanctuaries where people can gather to practice wholehearted living—and Heartland, a retreat center dedicated to healing, connection, and community.
Now based in Granada, Spain, Gabriel continues guiding the Heart Leader Community while developing educational content that support transformation worldwide. (Full bio available here)
